Residenza Parco Lago is located in Paradiso, just minutes from the historic center of Lugano but far from the city's hustle and bustle. Nestled in greenery, it ensures its residents privacy, tranquility, and a wonderful view of the lake on one side and Monte San Salvatore on the other. Constructed with the highest building standards in terms of materials and construction techniques, the structure could only equip itself with locks that combine comfort and security with a design in harmony with its style.
Galli Sicurezza has provided its expertise for the design and installation of all the locks in the residence, from the entrances to the apartments to the access points to the common areas.
The Project
The residential complex consists of various types of housing units, from comfortable ground-floor apartments with gardens to residences on higher floors with spacious outdoor areas, and even penthouses with terraces. The structure is complemented by common areas, including gardens, cellars, and garages. In the aim of providing residents with locks, cylinders, and keys that ensure maximum security, the choice fell on the Keso 8000 Omega2 locking system, one of the most reliable in the world, capable of withstanding any attempt at intrusion or extraction. The provided keys have patented anti-copy protection, and the cylinders do not allow opening except with the original key. Besides being used for apartment entrances, the same model has also been used to equip all mailboxes and doors providing access to the building, cellars, garages, and technical rooms. Some commercial areas are equipped with a digital version of the same cylinder, which allows door opening only during specific time slots.
Thanks to SimonsVoss digital readers, capable of quickly transmitting all data to a central control that manages locking mechanisms and access authorizations, it has been possible to implement smart control of openings and closures that offers convenient, efficient, flexible, and adaptable management over time.
